You agree not to post unlawful content, upload malware, impersonate others, harass other users, attempt unauthorised access, use bots/scrapers, or violate applicable laws.

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the Service. We reserve the right to remove content violating these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its design are our property. Source code of our projects may be released under open-source licences (see individual repositories).

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be resolved in Dutch courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
